M. Colleen Ryan is an associate at Hayes Davis where her practice focuses on appellate and commercial litigation. Her past experience includes work with the Ninth Circuit Staff Attorneys' Office in San Francisco and a Fellowship at the Panetta Institute with now-CIA Director Leon Panetta.

Colleen is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Colleen received her J.D. from Santa Clara Law, where she participated in the ABA Appellate Moot Court Competition in Brooklyn, New York and won the CALI Award for Labor Law. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with Distinction from the University of Washington.

Colleen is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and Santa Clara County Bar Association. She currently serves on the Santa Clara School of Law Strategic Planning Committee.
