Maria S. Quintero handles appeals, insurance coverage and bad faith cases. She also has experience handling personal injury and premises liability cases.

She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all courts of the State of California, all of the United States District Courts (Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Maria received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as an editor on the Santa Clara Computer and High Tech Law Journal and as a committee chairwoman for the Honors Moot Court Board. She graduated with distinction from Pomona College with a B.A. in Science, Technology & Society.

Maria externed for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Office of Staff Attorneys, and served a two-year appointment as an Attorney-Advisor within the United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Defense Counsel.
