Rebecca D. Martino's practice focuses on complex and commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Ms. Martino also has appellate experience.

Since being admitted to the State Bar of California, Ms. Martino's practice has emphasized the representation of clients in all phases of civil litigation. Ms. Martino also has experience representing clients in construction defect litigation, personal injury and property damage claims and asbestos litigation.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Economics and Finance and Political Science from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2000. She received her J.D. from Golden Gate University in 2004. Rebecca was a Dean's List Scholar as an undergraduate student and in law school. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2005.

Rebecca is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel.
