Elizabeth J. Moul

Elizabeth J. Moul is an associate in Hayes Scott's Redwood City office. Elizabeth graduated from Santa Clara University, earning Bachelor's in both Finance and Psychology. Elizabeth then graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2015. During law school, Elizabeth worked as a Judicial extern for the Probate Court and in the Civil division for Judge James Stoelker of the Santa Clara Superior Court.

Elizabeth's practice focuses on appellate cases involving business litigation, employer liability, personal injury, and insurance bad faith claims where she has experience preparing post-trial motions and appellate briefs. Elizabeth has experience in all phases of civil litigation from claim evaluation through trial and enforcement of judgments, and including mediation and settlement.
