Biography
Noreen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar. During law school, she served as the Business and Symposium Chair of the Journal of International Law & Policy, Marketing Chair of the King Hall Intellectual Property Law Association, and Research Editor of the Immigration & Nationality Law Review. Noreen also served as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Legal Research and Writing. Additionally, she externed for the Honorable Karin S. Schwartz of the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.
Prior to law school, Noreen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
