Donald L. Hall

Donald Hall’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, appellate law, insurance bad faith litigation, and professional liability defense.

Donald received his bachelor's degree in political science and public policy from the University of Redlands in 2018. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2022. He was a member of the First-Generation Lawyer's Society and the Law & Business Society. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2022.

Donald was previously a law clerk with both the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office and the Santa Clara County District Attorney's office before beginning with Hayes Scott LLP in November 2022. He participated in motion practice and other evidentiary-based hearings.

Donald is admitted to practice before all of the State Courts of California and is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California.
